Terms & Conditions

Please read terms & conditions carefully, as they are an important document. It is the responsibility of the client to understand and agree to these terms & conditions.

APPOINTMENTS

  1. Bookings are essential.

  2. Prices are based on a 1.5- 2 hours booking for one service.

  3. All bookings are invoiced and to be paid in full before the date of the booking.

  4. Please ensure you have booked the correct date and time. If you book the wrong date, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment to the correct date, as I could be fully booked.

  5. 15 mins is the maximum wait time for late clients. If you are not at your appointment within that time frame, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee of 50% to rebook.

  6. No shows, are required to pay 100% of service costs to rebook.

  7. In the unlikely event that the client is not satisfied with the service performed then the client must inform the artist booked doing the service, at the time of the booking and allow the artist a chance to rectify the service.

  8. For bookings starting before 7am, there will be an early morning fee charged to your booking. Please enquire.

  9. Parking will be extra. If parking is required to do the booking. For some hotel based bookings, parking will need to be charged to your hotel room. In some cases the parking can get invoiced after the booking. Please check with Cosmic Beauty if you have a hotel booking.

  10. Travel will be extra. The travel fee is depending on your location from where the artist is travelling from and where you are located on the day of the event.

    -Anything more than 30 minutes of travel, a fee of $1.oo per 1km will apply.

DEPOSITS

  1. All clients are required to prepay the full cost of service at least 72 hours prior to appointment (this does not include wedding bookings).

  2. 50% of the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance.

  3. Payments are to be made by bank transfer only. Cash is not accepted.

  4. A booking is only confirmed once the payment has been received.

  5. Cosmic Beauty will not send any artist to you unless your appointment is paid in full prior to your booking date/ time.

CHANGES

  1. Changes to time and date will be taken into consideration, however this will not always be able to be met. In circumstances where changes cannot be accommodated then a refund of any payment paid (excluding the deposit), will be made to the client. Refunds will only apply to changes which are made 48 hours prior to the booking. (This does not apply to wedding bookings).

  2. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, Cosmic Beauty reserves the right to cancel any future appointments made. The client(s) will receive a FULL refund.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Please advise at least 48 hours prior to your booking for cancellations or else you will be liable to pay the late cancellation fee when you rebook.

HEALTH & SAFETY/ COVID

  1. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms you MUST cancel your appointment.

  2. If you develop any contagious infections such as cold sores, skin rashes, conjunctivitis, warts, etc. You MUST cancel your appointment.

  3. If you show up to your appointment with any of these conditions, Cosmic Beauty reserves the right to refuse service.

  4. Cosmic Beauty is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to the products used. It is the client’s responsibility to notify Cosmic Beauty prior to starting service.

PHOTOGRAPHY

  1. Upon paying your booking fee, you agree to have your before and after photos/videos taken for promotional purposes on Cosmic Beauty’s Social accounts.
